use of the Doya application (“Doya,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Doya, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to
use Doya. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration
Some features may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account.

License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Doya for personal,
non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use Doya for any unlawful,
harmful, or abusive purpose.
Submit any data that is misleading, defamatory, or infringing on
others' rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with Doya’s systems or AI
models.
Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than
humanly possible.
All content, features, and functionality in
Doya—including logos, designs, text, translations, and software—are owned by us or our
licensors.
You retain ownership of any vocabulary entries or learning content you personally
create, but grant us a license to use it to improve our services in an anonymized form.
Doya uses third-party AI models for translation and
vocabulary learning. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:
Translations may not
always be correct or culturally appropriate.
Doya is not liable for any decisions or
misunderstandings resulting from translations.
Our use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy,
which is incorporated into these Terms. By using Doya, you consent to our data practices.
We may update, suspend, or terminate the service (or
your access) at any time, with or without notice, especially if you violate these Terms. You may
also stop using Doya at any time.
“As Is” Basis: Doya is provided "as is" without
warranties of any kind.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that Doya
will meet your expectations.
Third-Party Services: Doya may rely on third-party APIs and
services, which are subject to their own terms and availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doya and its
affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting
from:
Use or inability to use the service.
Errors or inaccuracies in
translations.
Loss of data or content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
